Empowering
Communities and Inclusion Through Technology
HighUpWeb Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the digital divide and empowering underserved communities in Cameroon through access to digital skills and technology. Founded in 2022, the Foundation is committed to building an inclusive digital future by providing free ICT training, mentorship, and access to essential tools for youth, internally displaced persons (IDPs), women, and adults over 40.
Through its growing network of training centers and community-based initiatives, HighUpWeb Foundation has already equipped over 200 individuals with practical skills in computer literacy, digital marketing, web development, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. These transformative programs not only enhance employability and income generation but also promote digital inclusion, resilience, and dignity for populations often excluded from the benefits of the digital economy.
The Foundation’s ability to engage vulnerable populations including displaced persons from conflict-affected English speaking regions has made it a trusted partner in Cameroon’s efforts toward sustainable development and digital equity. Through collaborative partnerships with educational institutions, grassroots networks, and local development actors, the Foundation continues to expand its reach and impact.
By investing in human capital and digital empowerment, HighUpWeb Foundation is building a generation of informed, connected, and self-reliant individuals who can contribute meaningfully to their communities and the broader economy.
HighUpWeb Foundation empowers underserved communities by providing free digital skills training, mentorship, and access to technology, nurturing social inclusion, economic independence, and lifelong learning for youth, displaced persons, adults, and the elderly.
To build a digitally inclusive Cameroon where every person, regardless of age, background, or circumstance, can access the skills and tools needed to thrive in a technology driven world.
We value inclusion, empowerment, and integrity. Our work is driven by a commitment to innovation, community support, and resilience, as we strive to create lasting impact through respectful and transparent engagement with those we serve.
