Youth Digital Skills bootcamps

Through HighUpWeb Academy, we are transforming this narrative by equipping young Cameroonians with essential digital skills. Over the past years, we have trained more than 5000 youths across the country. Our training programs last three months and focus on practical skills such as web development, coding, graphic design, and digital marketing.

Our approach goes beyond teaching; we prepare our participants for real-world opportunities. After the training, we connect graduates to internships and job placements, giving them the chance to apply their knowledge in professional environments. We also guide them on becoming job creators, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and providing the tools needed to start their own businesses.

The impact of our work is evident in the lives we have transformed. Many of our graduates are now thriving in their careers, running successful businesses, and creating job opportunities for others in their communities. By empowering youth with these skills, we are directly contributing to reducing unemployment and closing the digital divide in Cameroon.

Looking ahead, we aim to expand our programs to reach more underserved communities, ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to thrive in the digital age. By providing accessible training, internships, and mentorship, we are not just teaching skills—we are building a future where young Cameroonians can create meaningful change for themselves and their communities.
